Pair it with the extension
Click the SortViral icon in Chrome, open Use with AI and turn it on. The first time your AI app connects, both sides show the same 4-digit code. Click Approve if they match.

Frequently asked questions
Does it work with ChatGPT?
Not yet. ChatGPT only connects to hosted MCP servers, and SortViral has no server. Use Copy for AI in the bar and paste into ChatGPT instead.
Can my AI post or like things?
No. SortViral only reads what you can already see. It never posts, likes, follows or messages, and you can disconnect at any time.
What does the AI app need installed?
Node.js 18 or newer, which npx uses to run the small sortviral-mcp bridge. It has no dependencies and talks only to the SortViral extension on your computer (ws://127.0.0.1).
